Kansei Evaluation • Decide evaluation subjects (They are cups today). • Determine bipolar scales (They are given today). • Evaluate cups using the bipolar scales (by individuals). (Group work starts from here.) • Calculate the mean and standard deviation (w.r.t. evaluators) for each cup. • Identify triangular fuzzy models of each cup. • Explain cups using evaluation words. • Recommend a cup (or cups) according to the customer’s requests. 3
