DNA复制的基本概念:亲代双链DNA分子,在DNA聚合酶的作用下分别以每条单链DNA分子为模板从5'>3’方向,按A/T,C/G的原则聚合与碱基互补配对的核苷酸合成两条与亲代DNA分子相同的子代DNA分子的过程
