What is the prokaryotic microorganism? It is an single-celled organism which doesn't have a nuclear membrane outside the cell nucleus and only has the bare DNA called as the nuclear area.It is entitled the generalized bacterium. Main sorts of the prokaryotic microorganism According to shape characteristic:bacteria (narrow sense),actinomycete cyanobacteria ,mycoplasma ,ricket tsia chlamydia and spirochete. According to physiological and biochemical Indices and molecular biological characteristics true bacteria and Archaeum
