2007.4 1、Self-checking:Operators check their own workpieces according to the specified projects and frequency requirements of drawings,standards,process or operation instructions and other documents. 2、Self-sorting:Operators must sort the workpieces out after detecting and judging qualified and unqualified products . QC team in China Mass quality control activities Machinery industry enterprises: three self one control activities self-checking , self-sorting , self-marking and control self-checking accuracy Ensure that unqualified products don't flow into the next next working procedure.
