The rebellion serogroup V.cholerae 0139 Before 1992,only V.cholerae serogroup O1 caused epidemic cholera Late that year,however,large outbreaks of cholera began in India and Bangladesh caused by unrecognized serogroup of V.cholerae 0139. Synonym Bengal (virulenee.symptom) Spread to 11 countries in South-East Asia. 10
