一·概论( conspectus 面瘫,俗称口眼歪斜。任何年龄均 可发病,但以青壮年为多见。本病 发病急速,表现为单纯性的一侧面 颊筋肉弛缓,无半身不遂、神志不 清等症状。 西医称此病为周围性面神经麻痹或 周围性面神经炎、或贝尔氏面瘫

、临床症状与辩证 1、临床症状( symptoms): 面瘫起病突然,每在睡眠醒来时,发现 一侧面部板滞、麻木、瘫痪,不能作皱眉、 露齿、鼓颊、蹙额等动作,口角向健侧歪 斜,漱口漏水,进餐时食物常常停滞于病」 侧齿颊之间,病侧额纹、鼻唇沟消失,眼 睑闭合不全,迎风流泪。少数病人初起有 耳后、耳下及面部疼痛。严重时还可出现 患侧舌前2/3味觉减退或消失,听觉过敏 等症
