This kind of Logistics Park is in order to achieve a particular industry related logistics facilities’ intensification and co-operation of the logistics, and concentrated on the construction of logistics facilities group and physical rally of many logistics company in industry cluster areas. For industry logistics park planning and design, considering the industry logistics park is different from the comprehensive logistics park, it has a professional transportation, storage, distribution, carrying, machining, packing, the information processing and other special basic functions. Hope through specialization and scale to achieve logistics cost reduction, improvement of logistics operation efficiency and logistics service quality. In addition, in view of the characteristics of the industry equipped with fire protection design, energy saving design, waste treatment and the special requirements for the management, make the park has security function, environmental protection function, conservation of resources, etc. According to the different service object, industry specified Logistics Park is divided into chemical logistics park, automobile logistics park, electronic logistics park, steel logistics park etc. Below taking steel logistics park as an example, analyze planning and design of industry Logistics Park. II. PRINCIPLE OF PLANNING AND DESIGN FOR STEEL LOGISTICS PARK A. Characteristic Principle

The fluid of steel logistics system is the solid materials with big weight and large volume. Steelproducts require handling equipment, transportation equipment are special, for example in the parksee more gantry cranes or bridge cranes, and special railway lines. Based on operation procedure planning, the function of steel logistics park will be divided into the following several modules: • Storage module: Main function is to provide storage places to various types and specifications of the steel and other metal materials, and to provide operation services such as the service of stock in and out of the warehouse, storage service etc. • Temporary store module: Taking into account that steel products are heavy, timeliness for handling operation and shift operation is bad, residence time of the train is limited in the park, and the goods may involve two or more storage locations and other factors, set up temporary area in Logistics Park. Some goods not promptly put in storage are piled up in the temporary area, then according to the work schedule tally lied and sent to warehouse. This improves work efficiency. • Machining module: In order to meet different customers' demands for steel processing services, the module provides slitting, leveling, line cutting, rolling and other steel processing services

Machining area is the main zone that produces waste materials, but steel processing waste is notmuch..Picking goods module: This module is mainly for sorting, inspection, labeling, loading and otheroperations. In history, SLP gets extremely extensiveapplication in the factory layout design field. The purpose of this paper is to apply SLP in logisticspark layout as a basis theory. Here taking a certain steel logistics park for example, discuss theapplication of SLP in the layout planningfor industrylogistics park.B.The Application of SLP in Steel Logistics Park LayoutThis logistics park's annual throughput capacity of steel is 3 million tons, so it is a large steelstorage and processing center in Guangxi. This park establishes a good working relationship withlarge domestic steel group and itsdealers, such as Baosteel,Wuhan Iron and Steel,PanzhihuaIron andSteel, Xiangtan Steel, Anshan Steel, Liuzhou Iron and Steel and so on. It has a number of steelprocessinglines to support the development of steel deep-processing services.Modern andcomprehensive steel market has been formed including storage, handling, transportation, processingtrading,distribution, information consulting and warehouse receipt financing.This park's annualpurchase volume of steel is 1.5 million tons, of which rail transport accounts for 70%, and roadtransport accounts for 30%. Annual shipment of steel is 1.5 million tons, of which the railway deliveryaccounts for 50%, and road delivery accounts for 50%. Average daily flow of the railway wagon is140, entered railway wagon is 80, sent railway wagon is 60. Average daily flow of truck is 96. Thestorage is divided two classes: indoor and outdoor. Steel quantity in outdoor yard accounts for 30%

In addition, the waste processing area is set up near the park entrance, and close to the city road, which will make serious urban environmental pollution. • Program two: This program has overcome the lack of program one, but the picking area is set up on the other side of the railway, which can reduce shipment efficiency. And business services area is far away from the park entrance. Business service area is to deal with all kinds of inbound and outbound logistics park procedure, to schedule logistics facilities resources, to manage daily business activities such as the reception and negotiation, so that it should be set up in the region near the entrance. Therefore, this program is not the best solution. • Program three: Based on program two, this program reasonably adjusts the position of each area. Logistics operation area and people activity area are distributed separately on each side of the railway, which disperses human flow, material flow, and makes the parks inside and outside traffic more reasonable. So choose this program as the best solution. IV. CONCLUSION Planning and design for industry logistics park is different from the comprehensive logistics park, which emphasizes logistics operation possessing the industry characteristics, so it is more professional

and more efficient. In the industry logistics park design, make clear design principle above all, thencarry on operation procedure planning and function design, and finally conduct layout planning..ASfor facilities equipment selection, information system planning etc.,they are further studied
