Macro point of view Language is the medium and the result of the externalization of thinking. Thinking is one's reflection,deliberation,and view of the world. Therefore,language is the medium and the result of the externalization of one's reflection, deliberation,and view of the world. To compare the language of Chinese and English is to compare two different peoples' reflection,deliberation and view of the world. 12/22/2019
