It’s necessary to make some new ways of logistics management. The paper discusses the specific measures and service of logistic improvement of e-commerce, then proposes the innovation of logistics management under the circumstances of B2C and B2B. The existing logistics management strategies requires to introduce B2C and B2B into the side of the logistics management. Index Terms—e-commerce, logistic management I. INTRODUCTION Under the global informatization, the national electronic commerce is improved and perfected. So far, the relationship between e-commerce and logistics becomes closer. On one hand, the electronic commerce has influenced significantly in the logistic activities. In the electronic commerce situation, the logistics industry should adopt the new development strategy. On the other hand, the logistics industry has inconsiderable influence on electronic commerce. Therefore, the modern logistics management under the business environment is a new research field needs special study. II. CHANGE OF LOGISTICS MODE IN E-COMMERCE A. Impact of Electronic Commerce on the Modern Logistics In an age of electronic commerce, the logistics industry will become increasingly strengthened. Traditional logistics and distribution companies need to build large areas of the warehouse, but the modern logistics business achieve the information management function through a strong logistics. It can collect the scattered warehouses and make them into virtual warehouse so as to carry out unified management and redeployment. This has enhanced the efficiency and reduced the cost and optimizes the configuration and inventory turn the social demand. It facilitates macro control and help to improve the whole social economy. Electronic commerce in modern logistics have important impact, the logistics industry is promoted to an unprecedented level, provided for the unprecedented development opportunities. B. Impact on the Modern Logistics Concepts When taking the electronic commerce as a commercial competitive environment, its impact on the modern logistics concepts can be understood from the following areas. First, the logistics system of information has been changed into the supply chain business environment. Network is the platform, and supply chain is the main body, and the electronic commerce is the method. Information environment for the supply chain integration play the control and leading role. Secondly, the competition is in the league of the competition or knowledge that is based on workflow system, and the market competition of enterprises will be more than the competition represented by networking for the establishment of alliance. Logistics system management has been transferred from tangible assets inventory management to the intangible asset information and knowledge management. Lastly, the logistics system of the basic techniques are faced with economic problems, pursuing the lowest total cost, and offering individuation service and logistics system being changed from supply promotion to demand. III. THE LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT PROBLEMS IN E-COMMERCE First, electronic commerce pays no importance to flows. At present, our logistics management theory research achieves progress and development, and there are many new theories, but our logistics management researchers has just come in contact with these new theories, so they need further assimilation and absorption. Therefore, compared with e-commerce, paying logistics management theory less attention and thorough study leads to the management of the doctrine of priority. Second, the logistics infrastructure for e-commerce companies is not perfect and new technology and equipment are used less. Many e-business logistics enterprises know little about modern logistics concepts, status and role of insufficient facilities. The logistics management of delivery is low, so it cannot meet the rapid development of electronic commerce. Third, the logistics development of e-commerce system needs improvement and our environment does not have a formal legal document to control e-commerce logistics, which brought many inconvenience and outlaws to the enterprises. With our e-business progress, the country should be introduced to the relevant laws as soon as possible to control the illegal development of e-commerce

Thirdly, the third party logistics enterprises entrusted to agents of the mechanisms has restrains the B2C pattern. Fourth, B2C situation of third party logistics processes and create to lag behind the rapid development of e-business technology. Chart 1 shows B2C trading patterns flowcharts. By this, we can see the electronic commerce is an indispensable feature. For this reason, logistics management under the B2C environment has the following main points: First, the third party logistics should demonstrate the agency mechanism and innovation. Via data mining techniques, B2C trading system in the access to the credit management module and contract management module and BPR module can make the third party in the trading system B2C logistics achieve their logistics management model innovation. Integration of information flow, business flow and current flow is an effective integration, and they are essentially in the dissemination of information. In this era of economic activities, the high efficiency, low cost, flexibility, ordering and security features are shown. It has the powerful information processing, to all kinds of information accurate and efficient categories; and quick, timely and effective in accordance with the information required for integrated, with a set of integration set out in front of the customer, the customers can use short time to get to the satisfaction of the product. And logistics have the support of integrated information technology, able to more safety, timely and accurate served to deliver to the clients specified place in need time so as to get what he needs. The logistics can deliberately break the regional and global integration. B. The Logistics Management Strategy under B2B B2B is the most widely used in our country and the success of the electronic commerce. Finally, the seller deals B2B site can access to more buyers, but because of the bidding price, they can only perform low price trading, which at this apparent is on the way to the buyer and the seller has to be modest emolument. At present there are many problems to both parties to the pattern of growth, so it must be B2B by reducing transaction costs of B2B environment for the logistics management model innovation. The development of logistics enterprises are a good impetus. In short, e-commerce is more closely and profoundly, affecting the logistics management process. In the future, it will completely change the modern logistics management. Therefore, in B2C and B2B circumstances it is required to introduce into the side of the logistics management, on electronic commerce to develop, promote the existing logistics management strategies.
