蛋白质的重要性 蛋白质是生物体的重要组成部分 (Proteins are important biomolecules) 是含量最多的(除植物外)生物大分子 在人体中占干重的50%左右;细菌、病毒、酵母 >50%;植物体内、茎、叶中的含量不高,植物种 子含有丰富的蛋白质 细胞各个部分都有蛋白质的存在 种类多,具有不同生物学活性,是遗传信息表达的 工具
