Concept Zhou Tong is a condition characterized by pain in the elbow joint.It belongs to Bi Syndrome"in TCM,and is named Zhou Lao(肘劳).It is often caused by exogenous wind,cold and dampness,physical overstrain or traumatic injuries

1.Invasion of Exogenous Pathogenic Wind,Cold and Dampness Main Manifestations:Soreness and heaviness of the elbow joints,aggravated in bad weather Accompanying Symptoms and Signs:Pain alleviated by warmth,numbness and limited movement of the elbow joints Tongue and pulse:A pale tongue with thin white or greasy coating,a wiry tense pulse or soft moderate pulse
