(1) Black PowderEvolving 140-86 BC,The formula of the gunpowder wasfirst discovered by Taoist alchemist of ancientChina when trying to make pills of immortalitywhich aimed to keep the king live forever. The medicaments was composed of saltpeter,sulpher and carbon originally. When the mixtureof three components got heated or incited, theexplosion and fire would happen, and finallyproducedthearsenictrioxide(As,o3)
