From 1970s,RFID and products in which RFID is used had got a great development and in 1980s they entered in the commercial application level.After 1990,RFID got common attention from the community and it was standardized.In current commercial and product application,single chip electronic label,passive electronic tag for remote identification and the RFID which is suitable for high speed moving object have all come true.It is widely used in library,entrance guard system and food's safety traceability and so on. 2.Modern RFID in mobile application In china,RFID is widely used in such as IOT technology,the second
