My Expectation of University Now I am a student of Hang Dian University.And I am an English major.I think this is a new start for me.It gives me a bigger stage to show my ability.As nothing in the world is difficult for one who sets his mind to do it.So I must set myself a new goal to adopt to the changes. And I will try my best to pursue it. Universities have many differences from middle schools.In middle school,our teachers taught us directly what we should learn.Well in university,we need to foster the ability to study on our own,and we also need to cultivate the ability to analyze and solve concrete problems independently.As we all know,university is not only a place for study, but also a stage that can improve your abilities in other aspects. There is no doubt that study is my main task.I should learn both the required courses and the optional courses.When I am studying,I will put my heart into it.And I will try my best to get first scholarship.When I am in grade 2,I will try to find a part-time job to gain work experience.Also, I will try to feed myself and be much more independent.In the future,I will take part in the entrance exams for postgraduate study.However,as an English major,only burying your head into study is far from enough. We should also know our country's politics as well as the world's development.As is known to us all,now our country is paying close

Also,I need to learn some other things and try my best to improve my ability to do things.For instance,I will attend much more social activities and social practice.I will also try to have a coordinated and balanced program of development.During the vacations,I will try to find some odd jobs to gain work experience as well as earn some pocket money.Moreover,I think to be innovation-minded is also very important. Because in the 21st century,the world's economy is developing with a great speed.And only those with creative minds can create history.Also if we want to have a good job and a good income,a creative mind is also a necessity.If we want to combine ability with character,to foster the morally sound values and outlook on the world and life is necessary. As we all know,easier said than done.If we want to have a better future,we should stick to our dreams no matter what happens.Because success belongs to the well prepared.But if we did not put our hearts into them,that is a garden full of weeds
