2 Shipping parties(当事人) -- Consignor/ Shipper(发货人), who send the goods -- Consignee(收货人) who receives goods at destination -- Carrier(承运人), who carries the goods; -- Forwarder(货运代理人), who represents the carriers

I regret to say that we are unable to comply with your request When the sale was agreed, we expressly stated that shipment would be made in july. If you wish to have earlier delivery the best we can do is to make a partial shipment of five machines in June and ship the remaining five in July. We hope this arrangement will meet with your approval

Pandit which is sailing directly to London i enclose one set of shipping documents comprising 1. One non-negotiable copy of the b/L 2. Commercial Invoice in duplicate 3. One copy of the Certificate of Quantity 4. One copy of the Insurance Policy
