Nevertheless danger can result for life and limb of the operator or third person by its usage, as well as damage of the device, other material assets or the environment. Therefore install the slipring assembly only in technical soundness as well as according to regulations, safety- and danger-consciously and under observance of the manual! Immediately repair particular failures which can affect the safety Please complete the operation instructions with instructions due to existing national regulations for accident prevention and environmental protection Marking of the safety notes In the operation instructions the following denominations and symbols for safety notes are used Attention! For damages which result from not normal use Stemmann-Technik GmbH will not take over any responsibility. This is the sole risk of the user Part of the normal use are also observance of the operation instructions and compliance with the inspection- and maintenance conditions Reconstructions and modifications You may not effect any changes, reconstructions or modifications at the slipring assembly with prior approval by STEMMANN-TECHNIK GmbH If reconstructions or modifications are effected at the slipring assembly without an approval of STEMMANN-TECHNiK the warranty expires Spare parts You may only use original Stemmann-Technik spare parts resp. spare parts recommended by Stemmann-Technik as Stemmann-Technik will not take over responsibility for damages resulting from use of foreign spare parts Selection and qualification of personnel Please observe the following requirements to the personnel allowed to work at the slipring assembly Only employ reliable personnel Observe legally approved minimum age Only employ skilled and instructed personnel! STEMMANN TECHNIK GMBH DIN EN ISO 9001 Attention! △ Works at the slipring assembly may only be effected by the corresponding skilled personnel who are authorised to effect installations and repairs at electrical systems All skilled personnel must be capable of assessing the works, of recognizing possible dangers and avoiding these dangers, and they have to have sufficient experiences and knowledge about safety prescriptions and health regulations accident prevention prescriptions guidelines and approved regulations of technology 6.2 Personnel for trans port and storage Transport and storage may only be effected by skilled employees and instructed persons who have been informed about, and if necessary trained for, the works to be effected and the possible dangers occurring at improper behaviour Being aware of safety while working The system may only be used in technically perfect condition as well as for intended application, aware of safety and dangers, and under observation of the operation instructions! All impairments and especially those which may affect the safety have to be remedied immediately! Each person ordered to installation, commissioning, operation or maintenance must have completely read and understood this operation instruction especially the subjects regarding safety. Reading the instructions while working will be too late.
