owledge Take the next step 1997年威尔穆特( Wilmut的多利(doll)克隆羊诞生 1986维拉森(S. M. Willadsen)把8~16胞期绵羊胚胎的核移植到去了核的卵细 胞中,培育出了核移植羊。这项研究为后来克隆出“多莉”绵羊奠定了基砸 1977年霍佩( P. C. Hoppe)伊尔门斯( K. LIMmense用核移植的方法繁育小鼠,在542例实验中, 成功了3例是第一号哺乳动物克隆为大型哺乳动物的无性生殖奠定了基础。 1975年英国牛津大学的布罗姆海尔(J.D. Bromhall)格登的学生 利用核移植成功地培育出4个兔胚。 1963年中国生物学家童第周( Tung to)用核移植的方法培育出了克隆鱼。 1962年英国生物学家格登(J.B.
