Because of the complexity and diversity of the types of accidents and disasters and the expansion of the severity of accidents, human beings have entered the stage of empiricism

(4) Essential ism and Preventive Safety phi losophy Entering the information age, with the continuous application of high technology, human beings have an understanding of intrinsic security in safety epistemology, and emphasize the advance and initiative of security in methodology. The concrete manifestations are as follows: starting with the intrinsic safety of human beings, machines and environment, the intrinsic safety of human beings should start not only from the quality of human knowledge, skills and consciousness, but also from the humanistic quality of human ideas, attitudes, ethics, cognition, emotion and morality, so as to put forward the idea of safety culture
