Maxillary second Molar Smaller than the first molar 1) buccal surface: distal buccal cusp more smaller than mesial buccal cusp. 2)lingual surface: mesial lingual cusp is very large. Lack of Carabelle cusp. 3) proximal surface: mesial surface is larger han distal surface 4) occlusal surface: more oblique than the first molar. No clear oblique ride 5 root: less bifurcation
