(2)That's not too bad.You describe something as"not bad"if you think it is quite good,and as"not too bad"if it is satisfactory.Asthe house is in good location and has everything that a family wants,350,000 is considered a reasonable price. (3)A flat usually has a set of rooms on one floor of a building which includesaliving room and one or more rooms besides a kitchen and a bathroom.A flat or an apartment is more expensive if it does not face a busy street,as it is quieter and usually offers a better view. (4)Yes?"Yes"followed by a question mark is used to show that the speaker is ready to listen to someone or to answer their request for information

Step Four Oral Practice 1. Ask the students to do the Exercise of “Making Appropriate Responses” in pairs. 2. Listen to the conversation1, 2 again, and finish the Pair Work.
