2.Etiology A. Bronchial and pulmonary disorders: chronic bronchitis complicated with COPD 80-90% asthma. bronchiectasis. tu berculosis. silicosis chronic interstitial lung disease B. Disorders of chest movement: (rare) abnormality, adhesion, vertebral tuberculosis rhumatoid spondylitis
